Rates are per person per night (except where otherwise stated) based on 2 people sharing a double or twin room (one person in a single room) and include breakfast and VAT at 17.5%. All rooms have en-suite facilities with complimentary toiletries, colour TV, clock radio, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.

Evening meals are available, and we request you book in advance on the day you require the meal. Please notify us of any special dietary requirements when booking.

All rooms are offered, subject to availability, on receipt of a letter or email of confirmation and a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per person, which will be credited to your account on arrival. Mid-week bookings are accepted. No allowances can be made for rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking or for meals not taken.

We accept cash, cheques by arrangement, and most major credit cards. Accounts are due for payment upon departure.

In the interest of all guests and to comply with the new legislation, The Fairbank Hotel operates a total no smoking policy throughout, including the external raised decking area.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We make every effort to re-let a cancelled room however if we are unable to do so you are liable for two thirds of the cost of the booking. We therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance.
